Warranty Returns

Compatible and Remanufactured Products

Our high quality compatible products have a very low defect rate. Therefore, we are able to warranty all compatible ink and toner purchases are free from defect for a period of 1 year from the original ship date. In the event of a defect, we will replace the product free of charge and provide a return shipping tag to send the defective product back. Any product returned under warranty must have a valid Return Authorization number and will be inspected prior to replacement. We will not accept returns of defective compatible ink and toner products that:

  • Show signs of physical damage or tampering
  • Have 50% or less toner/ink remaining

Genuine OEM / Brand Name Products

We will accept the return of unopened Genuine OEM Brand Name products for credit within 30 days of the original shipping date. Products being returned must have a valid Return Authorization number and be in their original packaging, unaltered, in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. Return shipping and insurance is not provided.

Defective Genuine OEM Brand Name products follow the warranty policy of the manufacturer and unfortunately are handled completely differently than the compatible and remanufactured products. You will be required to submit a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer. Some manufacturers will be resistant to providing warranty service for products that were not purchased directly with them, however this does not alter the warranty and the manufacturer is still obligated to fulfill the warranty regardless of where the product was purchased. Contact information for the manufacturer's are provided below. Prior to contacting the manufacturer, have your printer model and serial number ready.

Satisfaction Guarantee Returns

The Satisfaction Guarantee covers compatible and remanufactured products only. Products being returned under the Satisfaction Guarantee must be received within 6 months of the original ship date. Products must be returned in the original shipping and product packaging and the product packaging cannot be marked or altered. If you are dissatisfied with the print quality of the compatible product, only 1 set of open product will be accepted for return and all other products must be unopened.

Satisfaction Guarantee returns must include the original contents (i.e. manuals, instructions, warranty cards etc.). Shipping charges and insurance associated with returning the product is not covered. We will not accept returns that:

  • Show signs of physical damage or tampering
  • Have 50% or less toner/ink remaining
  • Have altered product packaging - marks, stickers, tape, tags, packing labels or writing on the product box.

Returns of Products damaged during Shipping

In the rare event a product is damaged during shipping, you must obtain a return authorization from us within 5 business days after receipt of the package. To obtain a return authorization number, follow our return instructions. All packaging must be retained and left in the condition you received it in order for us to assess the damage during shipping. We cannot authorize claims for shipping damage if any of the original packaging or contents have been discarded or altered.

When a claim is made for shipping damage, the claim will be handled in one of the following ways depending on how the product was shipped to you:

  • We will file a claim with the shipping company and the shipping company will scheduled a pickup and inspection of the package from your location
  • We will issue you a return authorization number and you will return the package to our warehouse.

Upon inspection and approval of the claim, we will process the return as a credit.
