It has some nice features like a night sensor, eco mode, and automatic duplexing, and print speeds are solid, at 26 pages per minute. Print quality could be better, however, and higher-volume users could end up spending a lot on Savin SP C320DN toner.

The standard paper tray can hold up to 500 sheets, which should be more than enough for most small offices, and it can be upgraded to a maximum of 1,100 sheets. The most impressive part of the unit's paper-handling, however, is the fact that its 100-sheet bypass tray can support sizes up to 8.5x49.6 inches for banners and other long projects.

Users who need to keep documents safe will appreciate the machine's security features, such as User Authentication to prevent unauthorized use. Network encryption is also supported for secure transfers, and buyers who add the optional hard drive upgrade can have it securely wiped automatically after each task to prevent retrieval.
