With a size of around 13x14x7 inches and light weight of 22 pounds, the Okidata OkiPage 14 is compact and will take up little space on a user's desktop. The laser unit has limited paper handling options including a single input tray that can support a maximum of 250 pages. Due to the small media capacity, the 14 is not equipped to support large printing volumes. It can store media like plain paper and envelopes, and accepts paper sizes like A4, letter, A6, executive, legal, B5 and A5.
The manufacturer provides a starter Okidata 14 toner and 20,000-page image drum so users can start printing as soon as installation finishes. The machine has a single-color printer toner system that requires one black OkiPage 14 toner cartridge. The benefit of printing with only one Okidata 14 toner cartridge is that users will spend less money on replacements compared to units that use multiple toners. The black OkiPage 14 toner has a maximum capacity of 4,000 prints.
The Oki 14 is able to print monochrome projects at a rate of up to 14 pages per minute and with accurately detailed resolutions of around 600x600 dpi using black Okidata 14 toner. The unit is ideal for users looking to produce professional black-and-white documents, but those in need of printing images and color graphics should seek more capable printers.
One way users can expand their productivity is by upgrading the device's standard RAM of 4 MB to its maximum of 36 MB. Users are also provided with different connective options including USB and Parallel ports. The Okidata OkiPage 14 is not designed to benefit a large workgroup or multiple users in an office, but will work well as a desktop printer for a single user.

Brand/OEM products and other supplies are not included in our volume discount program unless specifically indicated.
For example, if you purchase 8 Compatible/Remanufactured ink or toner cartridges, even if they are completely different printers, you will get the quantity 8 volume discount level. Products eligible for quantity discounts can be tabulates as follows: Count all compatible and remanufactured ink or toner cartridges, plus individual item quantities in bundle.

Warranty for Compatible/Remanufactured Products
Based on our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, we will accept returns of compatible or remanufactured ink and toner cartridges for full credit if the returned product has a valid return authorization number and is received in our warehouse within 6 months of the original shipping date. If there is a confirmed print quality issue, only 1 set of opened products will be accepted for credit returns, and only if less than 30% of the ink or toner has been used.
We will replace defective compatible or remanufactured products free of charge if the products are returned within 1 year of the original ship date, and provide a return shipping tag for return of the product.
