Because it only creates black-and-white prints, you are actually only going to need to maintain one Lexmark X340 toner cartridge filled with black printer toner. When printing, you can produce up to 27 pages per minute, and copying up to 25 pages per minute is possible. The first page out time for printing is only 10 seconds, while it takes about 12 seconds for the copier to produce its first page out. These speeds are all aright quite good.

Using these Lexmark toners, resolutions as high as 600x600 dpi are possible. For text documents, this will be a perfect resolution that will be sharp and precise. Many different media types work well in this machine too—like cardstock, plain paper, envelopes, labels and transparencies. The X340 weighs 36 pounds, which shouldn't be too heavy to move if needed. It has a size of 20.5x20.9x15.5 inches, which is pretty compact for a machine with so many capabilities.
