The Kodak ESP Office 2170 is an all-in-one inkjet machine designed to handle personal and home office needs, but it may fall short of professional standards in a multi-person office environment. This is a wireless color printer, scanner, copier, and fax machine, and the two latter functions can be operated without a PC connection. Users also have the option of transferring data via standard USB port, a front-mounted USB flash drive port, and memory card slots.

Compatible with Windows and Mac operating systems, the 2170 is easy to use and comes with an impressive software bundle that makes installation painless. A color LCD preview screen allows users to view, edit, and print pictures or documents loaded through the host USB or memory card slots without using a computer. In fact, the high-grade Kodak 2170 printer ink can create photos that will last up to 120 years with a 1200x1200 dpi resolution.

In a home, the space a machine like this requires is an important feature. Even with the two ESP Office 2170 ink cartridges installed, this unit weighs only about 15 pounds, making it easy to move, and it measures only about 12x26x18 inches (HxDxW).
