Perfect for a growing office, this color inkjet printer has quite a few optional upgrades that allow it to change with the increasing needs of the company. The cyan, magenta, yellow and black HP K5400 ink have the ability to generate more colors than the human eye can recognize, ensuring prints that are accurate with the original image. If the nature of business requires an affordable printer with speed and photo quality, there are few better than the K5400.

Unlike many inkjet printers, the HP K5400 ink cartridges each hold one of the four colors. Compatible OfficeJet Pro K5400 ink is available from third party vendors and are widely considered the most economical and logical option. However, for consumers that have more faith in brand names, OEM HP K5400 ink can be purchased from the manufacturer or from certified suppliers in stores and online. Additionally, HP offers an extra high capacity OfficeJet Pro K5400 ink capacities that can yield 2-3 times more than the standard.

The built-in features include a USB port (and provided cable), 32 MB of memory, a 192 MHz processor and an input tray that holds up to 250 sheets of standard paper.
