Looking for a color laser printer for the large office? Consider the HP LaserJet CP4525. Much smaller than most large office machines, this unit makes a small footprint of 21.3x20.6x16.5 inches. It weighs a heavy 84.9 pounds with the HP toner cartridges installed, which will be a little hard to lift. It connects via ethernet or USB, and this printer is compatible Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems. Transparencies, envelopes, plain paper, labels, glossy paper, cards and recycled paper are all supported, and many sizes of each can even fit in the input trays. If you do not need a color printer, consider the HP 1320 toner printer instead.

If you want to keep this machine running, you are going to need to maintain four HP CP4525 toner cartridges, and each one is filled with either black, cyan, magenta or yellow printer toner. Each toner cartridge has the ability to last users up to 8,500 pages before running out, which is pretty standard. Whether printing with black or color LaserJet CP4525, you can reach resolutions as high as 1200x1200 dpi. Resolutions this high will leave documents looking sharp and professional, never grainy or dull. It speeds are faster than most of the competition, able to print up to 42 pages per minute using the black or color HP CP4525 toner.

The only real problem with these LaserJet CP4525 toner cartridges is the fact that they are very pricey. Though the cost per page isn't so bad, it is higher than a lot of the competition. The best way of owning this printer is to use remanufactured printer toner from third party vendors. These toners are easy to find, easy to replace and much easier to buy than the OEM versions because they cost only a fraction of the price. If you want to own this laser machine and keep operating costs down, remanufactured replacement HP CP4525 toner is the way to go.
