The HP LaserJet CM1300 is a compact laser unit, measuring only about 19x19x19 inches, and offers all of these functions in black-and-white and color.

With a maximum monthly duty cycle of 1,500 pages, the CM1300 may not be ideal for a busy workplace, but it should be sufficient in micro and home offices. It supports both Windows and Mac operating systems and offers USB and ethernet interfaces for connection to a single PC or a series of computers. The scanner is a flatbed surface, equipped with an automatic document feeder, and copies can be resized from 25-400% the original size. The 33.6 Kbps fax unit offers 120 speed dials and a 250-page fax memory. The highest resolution that can be reached with the HP CM1300 toner is 600x600 dpi.

This machine is both basic and versatile, making it easy for anyone to operate and very beneficial to an office, especially one with limited space. The availability of non-OEM LaserJet CM1300 toner makes this one of the more affordable color laser printers on the market, so it is a great choice for an office with a tight budget.
