The HP FAX 310 is a dedicated inkjet fax machine for a personal user or a very small office. It makes a good solution for those who send and receive a small number of faxes per month, but still want a dedicated device for the task. It is fairly compact, can store quite a few speed dial numbers, and uses affordable HP 310 printer ink replacements.
The design of the 310 is compact enough for desktop use, with a height of only 8 inches and a footprint of 13x16.75 inches. The unit weighs only 12 pounds without the FAX 310 ink supplies installed, which makes it very easy to set up and even to move out of the way when it isn't needed.
The input paper tray can holds only 100 sheets, so it may need to be replenished often under heavy use. The document feeder holds up to 20 originals for faxing, which should be enough for those who don't send particularly long fax documents. Warranty for Compatible/Remanufactured Products
Based on our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, we will accept returns of compatible or remanufactured ink and toner cartridges for full credit if the returned product has a valid return authorization number and is received in our warehouse within 6 months of the original shipping date. If there is a confirmed print quality issue, only 1 set of opened products will be accepted for credit returns, and only if less than 30% of the ink or toner has been used.
We will replace defective compatible or remanufactured products free of charge if the products are returned within 1 year of the original ship date, and provide a return shipping tag for return of the product.
