The Epson WorkForce WF-7510 can print, copy, scan and fax a wide range of projects for an inexpensive price tag. This inkjet printer's maximum speeds of approximately 15 pages per minute for monochrome documents and 8 pages per minute for color projects are around average compared to other models in its class. There is very little to make this device stand out from others in its price range, but its support for larger formats and optional long-lasting WorkForce WF-7510 printer ink make it a decent solution for small or home offices.

While the device only comes with a single input tray that can handle a total of 250 pages for low-volume use, it can copy and scan tabloid-size projects and print on a maximum paper size of 13x19 inches. With the inclusion of a 30-sheet automatic document feeder, users will also be able to scan large projects continuously.

In addition to scanning to a PC, the WF-7510 can also print and fax from a PC or over the office network thanks to its USB port and ethernet interface. Wi-Fi and Google Cloud Print technology will enable mobile wireless printing and make sharing documents over the web easy, while its media card slots make it possible for direct photo printing from supported flash memory.

The unit's front panel incorporates a decent package of control features such as a color LCD for previewing photos, and a menu pad for quick navigation. It also has dedicated buttons to adjust copy size and LEDs that will alert users when the paper supply or Epson WF-7510 printer ink needs to be replaced. While text documents tested with average output, graphics and photos are slightly below par, but should still suit internal distribution with a resolution of 5760x1440 dpi using WorkForce WF-7510 ink.

The device uses 4 individual supplies, including magenta, cyan and yellow Epson WF-7510 ink cartridges that have a standard yield of 480 pages and a black supply that can last 740 pages. Available high-capacity replacements can last up to 755 pages for each color supply and 945 pages for the black Epson WF-7510 ink cartridge.

Experts find fault in the WF-7510 for its unimpressive color output and inclusion of only one input tray. However, its ability to handle large-format projects and flexible media handling redeem this device and make it a solid choice among other small and home office inkjet printers.
