Dell 942 ink cartridges are also inexpensive, though the cost per page is not as low as some ink can provide, such as HP 88 Magenta ink.

The size of the printer is incredibly compact and lightweight, making it perfect for small spaces. It has a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and can copy up to 99 pages at a time. The Dell 942 inkjet cartridges are high yield and use a standard black and tri-color combination. However, you can also use a Dell 942 ink cartridge for photos that will produce six-color printing, which is more than units using individual tanks, like HP 920 Cyan ink. It can also print labels, envelopes, banners, cards, transparencies, and glossy paper.

The one thing that really stands out with this printer is its color scanning capabilities. While its scanning speed is average, it can produce impressive results with true color tones and lots of detail.
