The color Canon imageRUNNER C5180 is a popular laser copier built with large offices in mind. This isn't just a copier though, this massive machine is a multi-functioning device that can fax, scan and print as well. All around, it is quite a copier, with its high resolutions and fast speeds. The only thing that slows it down, and might become quite annoying to the workplace, is its very slow warm-up time of four minutes. Most machines can crank up much faster than that and offices on a time restraint might want to look elsewhere.

It first copy out time is fast as well at 8 seconds for color prints and 6.2 seconds when using black Canon C5180 toner. The C5180 has the ability to create up to 999 copies from an original document, and it can reduce and enlarge documents from 25% to 400% of their original size. It also has automatic duplex printing and nine automatic or manual exposure control settings. The needed printer toner colors can last 36,000 pages, and the black Canon C5180 toner lasts about 27,000 pages.
