The Canon imageRUNNER 2525 multifunction laser printer doesn't have the fast speeds of some of its competition, at only 25 pages per minute, and it does lack color printing, but its cost-effective printing, copying, and color scanning features make it an effective choice for small or medium offices, with large-capacity Canon 2525 printer toner that will save an office money over time.

The 2525 has a large amount of customization available, but it comes very well-equipped in its standard configuration. It has two 550-sheet paper cassettes, with expansion up to a maximum of 2,300 sheets, with each tray supporting sizes up to 11x17 inches. Networking is supported as well, with an ethernet port for connecting directly to an existing office network.

As digital document distribution grows in popularity, users need a lot of options, saving on imageRUNNER 2525 toner supplies in the process. The 2525 can save and send scanned documents to a network folder, an email address, send as a fax, and more. With an optional front-mounted USB hub, users can also store their documents directly to a flash drive or other storage device. With a lot of functionality in its standard configuration, and a lot of room for growth in the future, the 2525 is an excellent choice for the expanding office. Its speeds might be a problem in a very fast-paced workplace, but the low cost of Canon 2525 toner might make up for it in many cases.
