Brother HL-3075CW Toner Cartridges

Brother HL-3075CW Printer Review

The Brother HL-3075, as well the HL-3075CW that adds wireless printing capabilities, are both affordable color laser printers. Expert reviews cite that it performed well on speed tests, with a maximum rate of 19 pages per minute that outperforms similar units. Home or small office buyers looking to purchase a quick and moderately-priced device will find a match with this series.

The machine's design is relatively simple and user-friendly, including two LEDs that indicate when Brother HL-3075 printer toner is low and when a printing error occurs. It also incorporates a basic LCD display and control panel with buttons for functions like secure print and scrolling. The device uses minimal paper handling, including a single-sheet manual feed and 250-sheet standard input tray. To reduce the amount of paper used, users are able to manually duplex projects and print double-sided on media.

One setback worth noting is its tendency to produce graphics with poor color distribution and accuracy. Photos didn't turn out much better, but should suit for in-house use with a maximum resolution of 600x2400 dpi using color toners. While color output is disappointing, it's small size of 16x18x9 inches make it a compact desktop unit that should still function well for simple, internal projects.

The device operates with 4 individual cyan, magenta, yellow and black Brother HL-3075 toner cartridges. The black supply can yield approximately 2,200 pages, while each color Brother HL-3075 toner cartridge has a capacity of 1,400 pages. Replacements are inexpensive and have decent yields that will easily meet the demands of low-volume offices.

In terms of speed, size and running costs, this laser printer rises above many comparable models. However, those that want a device with satisfactory color output should consider better reviewed printers. The HL-3075 is primarily a good pick for offices that need a printer capable of circulating projects for internal use at fast rates.
